Sam Prince Hospitality Group (SPHG) is a dynamic collection of restaurants founded by Dr. Sam Prince. The group, established in 2013, is renowned for its successful and diverse dining experiences, including INDU and Kid Kyoto located across Sydney's central business district. We have been fortunate enough to find our new home for Mejico in December 2024: the iconic Crown Street in leafy Surry Hills.
The group's offerings reflect Sam Prince's passion for global cuisine, with offerings like Mejico, founded in 2013, INDU in 2015 - drawing on Sam Prince's own heritage, and Kid Kyoto in 2017, all promising innovative and modern culinary experiences.
